Responsibilities:
o Under the direction of a more senior staff member, carries out research on assigned research problems contributing to the attainment of a defined research objective. o The nature of the work performed by the incumbent will normally be the solution of specific aspects of complex research problems. o The problems assigned are normally short range in terms of time required for solution.
Qualifications:
Successful performance requires a sound basic knowledge of the individual scientific discipline and the ability to apply fundamental principles and techniques to the problems assigned. Experience with protein purification required. Experience working with Akta chromatography equipment desired. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
