Summary:
This is an exciting new role within our Retail Stores! You will be the in store expert for all MicroSoft consumer products, PC software, PC accessories, and tech services.
We will provide all of the training you will need! Primary
Responsibilities:
Maintain an elite level of product knowledge in all Microsoft consumer products, PC software, PC accessories, and tech services Serve as champion of the Microsoft/Staples relationship Collaborate with other store associates, managers, and Microsoft field teams to maximize sales opportunities and exceed customer expectations Expertly demonstrate Microsoft products with the customer Work with other associates to improve their knowledge of Microsoft products Attention to staying devoted to the MSFT shop, however, appropriately hand off other Staples customers to Staples associates as necessary Fully understand the customer need to answer in depth questions about Microsoft products and fit the customer with the proper overall solution Utilize VIBE behaviors to increase sale Maintaining display, cleaning it, well stocked, tech is up and running Expectation is that if needed, they can fulfill/hand off to the appropriate associates, other duties within the store Qualifications Qualifications Basic:
2 years Retail experience with or outside of Staples Preferred:
Microsoft Certification is a plus, but not necessary Prior experience selling technology Teaching or training experience Strong verbal communication skills Customer centric focus Strong team player Passion for technology Ability to multi-task Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
