Packaging/Batch Maker (Long-term Temporary Position)
Responsible for filling, labeling, and packaging of products as directed. Will prepare and label boxes as needed. Responsible for delivering of packaged products to the proper staging area for shipment. Also, will clean mixers and mixing tanks, production floors, filling equipment, and dry goods warehouse.
DUTIES:
Comply with EHA requirements
Consolidate all polyester and vinyl ester waste and assist in waste disposal as needed
Maintain good housekeeping of assigned areas
Proper handling and packaging of flammable materials
Assist packaging lead and maintain adequate container inventory
Inspect containers
Assemble packaging
Filter Product
Weigh or measure appropriate amount of product into proper container
Make labels as needed
EDUCATION/
Experience:
High School Diploma-REQUIRED
One year chemical plan experience-REQUIRED
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass pre-employment physical
Must be able to pass drug screening
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
