POSITION PROFILE
Assist the Director with management and administration of the Company's property/casualty insurance program. Direct internal renewal processes for various lines of insurance. Aids Director in managing budgets, allocations and total cost of risk.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with design and development of the Company's property and casualty insurance programs, renewal negotiations, selection of TPAs and service providers, etc.
Aid Director with negotiating, marketing and securing all Corporate Insurance coverage
Compiles underwriting and exposure information for various lines of insurance and works with brokers and carriers to secure insurance
Working knowledge of insurance markets and carrier contacts and understanding of brokerage process to direct appropriate marketing and renewal efforts.
Assists Director with oversight of internal renewal and cost allocation processes and related financial reporting requirements.
Analyze and prepare various insurance related financial reports including Cost of Risk, Outstanding Claim Lianbilities and Insurance Cash flow and act as primary contact for insurance and departmental budget purposes.
Reviews and approves insurer billings to assure accuracy, compliance with claim handling protocols, etc.
Serves as a technical resource to field personnel on a full range of insurance, claims and risk management issues. (Contract and lease review, RFP analysis, claim procedures, etc.)
Assists the Director with forecasting, budget and planning processes for the Department.
Responsible for oversight and compilation of costs and expenses related to insurance placements and other insurance related expenses including claim costs, premium invoices, etc
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Four year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 7 years related experience preferably in a formalized Risk Management Department or equivalent insurance/brokerage operations experience.
ARM and or CPCU designation or property or casualty insurance brokerage license preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
