Agile Program Manager
Agile Program Manager CGI Federal is seeking a Project Manager with extensive Agile Experience.
The PM will lead a team tasked with providing Agile development and maintenance capabilities to sustain IT systems for our customer.
Critical elements of the contract include:
high productivity, high quality work, collaboration and cooperation with other teams and participants, estimation and planning skills, innovation and creativity in problem solving, and efficient use of team resources to maximize productivity in named tasks.
Additionally the PM will be responsible for the organization, direction and management of contract operation functions.
The PM will also manage a team of contract support personnel at multiple locations so that that delivery is on time, within budget, and meets the specifications and requirements.
The PM will establish and maintain technical and financial reports to track project progress to management and customers.
Required:
o Must have expertise in the Agile development methodologyo Master's Degree or higher from an accredited University o 10 or more yrs.
of exp.
in the technology sector; with at least 8 yrs.
of project and/or program management exp.
; and with at least 3 years managing programs or projects that use agile methodologieso Substitute Bachelor's degree in lieu of Master's and 15 or more yrs.
of exp.
