Line Leader
The Line Leader (Manufacturing Technician II) evaluates and monitors work processes on the manufacturing floor level to determine strategies and programs which will provide great safety, quality, productivity and efficiency of company functions. The candidate must have a continuous improvement attitude and be able to facilitate and resolve problems.
Basic
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
3-5 years of manufacturing experience
Good problem solving skills, and communication skills; both oral and written required
Must be responsible, reliable and dependable
Must be able to work our 2-2-3 continuous operation schedule (most likely will be working one of the back crews, 6 or 6:30 pm to 6 or 6:30 am.)
Preferred
Qualifications:
Some college preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
