We are looking for a Shift Supervisor for a client located in Lima, OH! Position is available on 2nd Shift (5:00pm-3:45AM) with starting pay at $15.00/hour. Job Responsibilities include:
Managing a second shift manufacturing operation to ensure a quality product is consistently produced and delivered to the customer.
Managing personnel from the packing lines, making systems, tank farm, forklift operators, maintenance team and janitorial team to perform their respective duties properly.
Shift Supervisor is also responsible for the oversight of production include: work assignments, ensuring crew operates in accordance with safety requirements, directing maintenance to assure top operating efficiency, coordinating schedule adjustments with Production Planning and ensuring that all aspects of quality are consistently applied.
Ensuring workforce is properly trained and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures and Work instructions.
Shift Supervisor reports to the Director of Operations
Job Qualifications include:
5 years of supervisory experience
Technical degree from an accredited University is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Spanish is preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
