Responsibilities:
o Facilitate adoption of agile values and principles across the enterprise o Responsible for definition, adoption and optimization of agile framework, processes and practices o Team and program level training and coaching to cover all roles o Train and coach the teams on user story creation, story mapping and release planning o Conduct or facilitate agile ceremonies o Develop training materials and conduct stand-up trainings o Communicate the success stories and early wins of agile teams by creating required visibility o Define and rollout agile metrics and make recommendations to teams for improvement o Provide feedback from teams' retrospectives to the Enterprise Agile Transformation team
Qualifications:
o Expert level knowledge of SDLC and several software development methodologies o Advanced knowledge on Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe and Lean o Hands on experience on Product Backlog Refinement o Experience in applying agile in IT application development o At least 2 years of teaching, coaching and mentoring agile teams o Software development and software project management experience is highly desirable o Hands on experience on VersionOne o Working knowledge of Agile engineering practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, pair programming, test driven development, etc.
to increase code quality o Minimum of Bachelor's degree in technology or Business o Must be Certified Scrum Master with at least 2 years as Scrum Master o Certifications such as CSP and SPC a big plus o Excellent communication and facilitation skills with an ability to influence all roles o Design, pilot and deployment of methodologies and processes in large organizations o Leading organizational change management o Outstanding facilitation and conflict resolution skills o Articulate, persuasive, collaborative, assertive but not aggressive, and a predisposition to patience Required Skills:
