Flexo printing and packaging company is interested in hiring an Accountant. Prefer candidates who have worked in printing industry. Duties will be:
1. Monthly closing
2. Fiscal year end closing
3. Company merge and consolidation reports
4. Maintain G/L accounts, recurring entries and adjusting entries
5. Prepare paperwork for annual Financial audit
6. Prepare paperwork for annual Tax audit
7. Reconcile accounts
8. Bank reconciliations
9. Financial reporting including:
Internal reports for management, board meetings, etc.
External reports for bank, etc.
10. Company Fixed Assets book; addition and disposal, monthly amortization and reports
11. Monthly commission calculations for sales reps.
12. Company insurance coverage calculations, annual application, plant allocation, monthly amortization
13. Various government census and surveys, unclaimed property filing
14. Maintain quarterly and annual estimated and final payments for federal and state taxes
15. Assist CFO with projects as assigned
Competitve salary based on experience and good company benefits.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
