Were launching a search for a new role leading our Value Selling Program. In this capacity, you will architect and lead the strategy and execution of a program to enable our global sales force with compelling ROI tools and value statements integrated into their customer presentations and interactions. You will help accelerate our sales forces transformation from product sales to value sales by creating, collecting, integrating, and presenting value-driven tools and stories with ROI proof points.
Key
Responsibilities:
Build a world-class Value Selling and ROI Program from strategy to execution
Craft value stories around key personas and solution areas
Architect innovative value selling tools that incorporate benefit-based ROI for each D&B persona
Create ROI models and methodology for each of our key personas, working with internal and external experts
Select and effectively partner and lead external analysts and agencies on value-based tools, studies, reports, presentations, and programs
Understand and assess sales readiness and partner closely with sales training and sales enablement to drive effective pilot and rollout programs globally
Champion and act as corporate subject matter on the development and use of value selling and ROI tools including the enrollment of sales leadership
Key Requirements:

years of relevant industry experience in consulting, marketing and/or sales enablement
Strategic thinker who can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measureable metrics and then execute those plans.
Excellent communications skills including presenting, editing, and writing
Minimum 3 years of experience building ROI models/tools, marketing analytics, or related
Broad experience building relationships; direct experience presenting to and influencing peers and senior leaders
Proven excellent program management and project management skills
Proven ability to lead and manage at senior levels without direct authority
Bachelor degree required, MBA degree a plus
