BeavEx Incorporated is currently hiring a Dispatcher in Denver, CO
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am

Responsibilities:
Serve as contact person for all Vendor/ICs within route territories and inform them about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, and other hazards.
Schedule and dispatch Vendors or Independent Contractors to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using radios or telephones.
Distributing and sorting incoming freights into warehouse inventory.
Consult with managerial personnel in order to meet operational goals.
Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, billing, and other dispatch information.
Receive, input, and distribute On Demand work orders, proof of deliveries (PODs), and manifests, and prepare reports as required by management.
Manage contracts with Vendors and Independent Contractors to ensure all new and existing routes are covered as needed.
Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
Expedite package, freight, or product sorting, moving, bagging, palletizing, loading, unloading, and various other warehouse duties.
Perform other duties/tasks.
Requirements:
HS Graduate/GED.
Transportation industry, dispatching and warehouse experience is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills.
Computers skills (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required.
Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds by hand.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Self-Motivation.
Ability to perform multiple competing tasks.
Excellent telephone skills.
Strong geographical knowledge of the surrounding areas.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
