Lead teams in architecting and building POCs and demonstrating the capabilities of the BPM discipline like Collaborative Business Process Discovery, Business Process Modeling and Analysis, Business Rules and Decision Management, Business Process Monitoring and Optimization, Business Process and Decision Automation, Service Registry & Repository, SOA, ESB, Cloud and Mobile technologies using IBM Business Process Manager, IBM Operational Decision Manager, IBM Enterprise Content Management, IBM Business Monitor, WSO2 Middleware Platform, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform, Apache Hadoop echo system, projects and frameworks, Distributed Messaging Systems among others. Design Enterprise Distributed Applications which are innovative, cost effective, high quality and ensure timely delivery using technologies such as J2EE, WebServices, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, UML among other open source tools and technologies. Bridge gap between business and IT personnel by helping the enterprise document its operational business design based on sound principles and standards. Work with client representatives in defining a technical solution to address the client's critical business needs in conformance with overall objectives. Address the business aspects of solutions and solution components through systemic analysis of business value, role-players, culture, components, information, processes, locations, etc. Practice and provide rigorous conceptual leadership for the projects and ongoing relationships that deliver client business intent. Establish strategic frameworks to facilitate ease of decision making and appropriate levels of governance in keeping with the maturity level of key business processes. Use industry knowledge and design patterns to prioritize change initiatives in light of what is possible from both a business and technology perspective.
Location: Wixom, Michigan and various other undetermined worksites throughout the U.S.
Salary: $110,000 per year.
Education: Bachelors-Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or in any related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).
Training: None
Experience: Five (5) years in the position above, as a Software Engineer, Associate Consultant, Programmer, or in other related occupation.
Experience must include IBM Business Process Manager, IBM Operational
Decision Manager, IBM Enterprise Content Management, IBM Business
Monitor, WSO2 Middleware Platform, J2EE, Oracle, UML, and WebServices.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
