The production supervisor will lead the implementation of standard process for the Master Production Scheduling function and initiate process improvement, working collaboratively with impact stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
oDevelop, maintain, and communicate weekly/daily schedules targeted at achieving/exceeding on-time performance and customer service objectives throughout the supply chain.
oAnticipate flow path problems/constraints and implement resolutions, develop aggregated master production schedules for finished goods based on lead-times, capacity limitations, and material availability.
oAnalyze weekly supply versus demand and implement any required actions to align with the over-all business strategy; initiate discussions with Sales and Marketing regarding any changes needed to supply; and work with Melt planning to adjust analyze weekly supply versus demand and implement any required actions to align with the over-all business strategy; initiate discussions with Sales and Marketing regarding any changes needed to supply


Required Experience / Education:
oBachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Materials Management or Supply Chain Management required.
o5
years of experience in Master Scheduling, Demand Planning, Production Control, Purchasing or Procurement, Supply Planning, or Materials Management.
oExperience in managing new product introduction.

oBroad knowledge of materials planning, product allocation, master scheduling, production control and manufacturing processes.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
