Overview:
Teespring is searching for a dynamic People Operations Business Partner to join a rapidly growing organization. This individual will have a business partner background with expertise in the area of culture, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, talent management, org design, and compensation. As this is an evolving People Operations function, it is key that this individual has the willingness to focus on process improvement, day-to-day operations in addition to strategy. Additionally, this key role will be responsible for developing relationships at all levels; being viewed as a strategic partner to leadership and an employee champion to internal employees.
Manage theEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
