5 - 7 years experience in urban or rural planning and/or economic development; work experience with community/housing development, financing sources, industry regulatory and reporting requirements, fiscal management and real estate development; develop and manage budgets; computer proficient; strong communication skills.

in Business or Public Administration, Accounting, Urban/Regional Planning, Public Policy or related field.
