POSITION SUMMARY
Our product team, while part of a larger company, possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering high quality innovative services to the public. We require an experienced Product Manager to ensure that our service always exceeds customer expectations.
As Product Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the management of a suite of transportation services which will be offered to the general public. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our services and will support local and national growth plans. You must possess strong business skills and a facility with technology.
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
o Monitor Key Performance Indicators and overall customer satisfaction
o Develop a deep understanding of the market, local customer requirements, and translate them into a product roadmap
o Refine existing KPIs and recommend changes based on analysis
o Identify new opportunities within the market and develop concepts around them
o Monitor and report on the competitive landscape in the local market
o Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to capture accurate user requirements
o Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager concerning customer insights, areas of improvement, and the competitive landscape
o Monitor the behavior and brand training of all customer facing employees
o Evaluate and implement third party technology while prioritizing user stories based on the product roadmap
o Support national roll-out planning
Required Skills/Experience
o 3
years of experience in business development, product management, marketing, or similar
o A proven track record working in a team environment
o Ability to interact well with both senior and junior colleagues
o Entrepreneurial mindset
o Strong analytical skills
o Experience in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Automotive industry experience a plus
REQUIRED EDUCATION
o BS or BA in business, marketing, or similar field
