The Junior IT Technician will provide help desk support to AASKI Users in a timely and accurate fashion, as well as provide end user training and assistance when required. This position will also be responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, implementation, and maintenance of various in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals, technology equipment and IT assets.
