SofTec Solutions, Inc. has an immediate need for an ETL Developer in Aurora, CO. The ETL Developer will provide Informatica ETL development and administration support and is responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating programs for internal functional areas in a data warehouse environment. Able to comprehend source system business rules and analyzes source system data to determine if data warehouse changes are accurate and complete. Formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flow-charting, performs coding, and thoroughly test/debug programs. Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation. Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Able to communicate well with business users to facilitate good business decisions regarding data implementations. Enjoy challenges and can manage changes in priorities. Team player who will work on a team alongside other strong data professionals.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience developing ETL programs using Informatica PowerCenter in UNIX and Oracle 11g environment. In-depth understanding and development experience using SQL and PL/SQL
6-10 years related experience with Informatica and strong analytical and SQL skills. Healthcare experience a plus.
Experience: 6
years of experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems
Knowledge/Skills: In-depth knowledge of software, documentation, utilities and program scripts, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education: 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
US Citizenship Required
Desired Skills:
Experience in other ETL Tools such as Oracle Warehouse Builder
Experience in BI Reporting Tools such as Cognos and Oracle OBIEE
