ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
ThinkTPG is seeking smart, self-motivated, hands-on, highly organized account managers. The ideal candidate will be an individual who can work smoothly and effectively with clients and agency staff to develop and execute strategically-driven marketing communications programs. Applicants must have account management experience within the pharmaceutical advertising industry.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
o Manage several accounts on a day-to-day basis
o Proactively monitor market trends to update clients on brand issues and provide clients with recommendations on expanding their brands
o Identify new revenue opportunities in assigned accounts
o Collaborate with clients to develop, write and implement brand plans
o Work as a team leader to ensure that your assigned accounts run smoothly and effectively
o Manage time and resources effectively
o Be aware of opportunities which may be of agency interest
o Manage financial aspects of assigned products
o Participate in the development of new business pitches
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED
o 5
years experience managing healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing accounts
o Client experience in sales and/or marketing to the pharmaceutical industry
o Proven track record in managing and expanding assigned accounts
o Strong leadership history demonstrated through references
o Ability to understand new markets and develop strategic insights
o Excellent presentation skills for existing clients as well as new business pitches
o Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends in the industry
o Ability to problem solve using keen instincts and organizational experience
o A plus: Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare/ pharmaceutical related fieldEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
