We are looking for a unique individual that has a dynamic phone presence, excellent problem solving and customer service skills, with a thorough knowledge of computer software including word and excel to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.Essential Functions of the position includes:Interview customers by phone to obtain all necessary information to provide best serviceFollow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and sell other serviceHandle customer issues and make adjustments concerning billing or serviceDispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivityMaintain accurate time tracking on all service technicians and plumbersKeep office clean. Support other team members as needed.Full and Part Time available. PT position is 20-25 hours week. 8:00am - 4:00pm Saturday and 8:30am - 2:30 Sundays. The other hours are flexible throughout the week. Full Time position is M-F 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working on their own and or in the office when it is busy. Must be able to be productive and be willing to work. Must be proficient in Word (formal letters, customer communications, proposals) & Excel (know how to print labels, put together graphs & charts, keep inventory in a spread sheet). Also must be tech savvy to help support our technician's cell phones.$10-$12 hr DOE

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
