The System Implementation Specialist is responsible for provisioning customer
services on the MiCloud Hosted platform. The SIS will assist our business
customers with setting up their phones, features and services and be
responsible for end-to-end configuration of all components required to deliver
service. Must possess strong communication skills, analytical skills, desire
to learn, able to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy being part of a
team. Works directly with the end user on the initial setup and configuration
of the system and ensures that all equipment, programming and porting of phone
numbers has been completed and that the customer is satisfied with service
delivery. Also works directly with our Channel Partners to provide any
support required for them to setup the end user on the initial setup and
configuration of the system and to ensure that the customer has been handed off
to the support team for any future needs.
Duties include:
Remotely deploy all equipment and services for customer solution.
Review all project documentation and design for the project.
Complete the CDC (Customer Data Collection) sheet with the customer real-time
using a WEB design session.
Instruct the customer on how to effectively setup and utilize the system.
Resolve immediate escalations by serving as the 1st level escalation to
ensure customer satisfaction.
Provision and Configure all equipment required for deployment including
routers, switches, ATA's MiNet and SIP Phones and additional devices required
for the successful completion of the order.
Design and Provision Call Center applications within the MiCloud Business and
MiCloud Enterprise platform and deliver Web enable and client enable tools to
the desktop.
Provision Call Accounting applications within the MiCloud Business and
MiCloud Enterprise platform.

Qualifications:
A positive customer service attitude
Detail oriented
Experience in working with a fast-paced evolving companies and being able to
adapt quickly to new opportunities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to resolve common customer inquires
Must be self-motivated and demonstrate the discipline necessary to work in an
environment that must meet deadlines and may have little direct supervision
Proficient in MS Office
Working knowledge and experience with Telephone services and PBX based
features is a plus
Good understanding for IP and WAN networking
Strong background and hands on experience with CPE routers and LAN switches,
experience with Cisco and Adtran preferred
Working knowledge of MPLS technology and QOS settings is desirable
Preferred certifications on advanced applications include Mitel MCD, Mitel
MICD, Call Center Suites, SIP Server and Mitel MBG is a plus
VCP certifications a plus but not required
Degree or some college strongly preferred.
Experience: 3
years of customer service experience, preferably in hosted cloud
services
