Providing leadership and technical assistance for operations in the areas of quality systems and food safety;
Performing investigations and ensuring corrective and preventive action programs are robust and drive continuous improvement;
Leading and managing guidelines and resource needs for commercialization excellence;
Working with the Compliance Manager to design systems that promote accurate record keeping, procedures, packaging, and equipment;
Managing the quality department supervisors and technicians, and coaching and developing direct reports;
Coaching, guiding and developing quality knowledge for all plant employees;
Leading supplier quality programs, defect resolution and supplier notifications for all complaints;
Driving and leading preventive and corrective action programs;
Creating or revising systems to collect data, report results, and provide periodic system performance reporting.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree required in a science discipline; MS strongly preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of experience in Quality Systems or Operations Management;
Thoroughly competent in product and package quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance;
Must have experience managing salaried employees;
Experience preferred in Dairy Manufacturing, FDA/USDA/State Agency regulations;
Proficiency in analytical software;
Ability to evaluate issues, recommend solutions, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness;
Knowledge of sanitation programs, cleaning procedures, sanitary design, training and troubleshooting to support overall continuous improvement of plant programs;
Experience with GFSI certification;
Effective communication skills, program development and positive manufacturing results.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
