Our client is a fast-growing business & technology consulting firm located in Monmouth County, NJ. Their area of expertise, integrating cloud apps with Enterprise systems such as SalesForce.com and other cloud CRM's with ERP's (SAP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Infor/Lawson).
BACKGROUND
This position will manage a hectic calendar and need to be extremely well organized. It will require the Project Assistant to anticipate the needs of our project teams to help them stay focused on client engagements by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
Manage various project components and inform clients of progress, intermediate results, potential problems and suggested corrective actions.
Excellent written and verbal communication with outstanding time management and organizational skills
Assist in project planning, reporting, follow up, and effective internal and external communication
Ability to learn quickly and be up-to-date with the latest products and services in the Cloud industry
Perform an array of administrative tasks (Manage hectic calendars, travel arrangements, schedule/help prepare for calls and meetings)
Research on products or companies composing detailed client overviews; Preparation of presentations; minor technical writing
Assist on client calls with note taking; Open action items will be either relayed to the Managing Partner for follow up, or completed by Project Assistant
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks at hand is a MUST
Can-do attitude with the desire to excel and to continuously learn the business is a MUST
Bachelor's Degree is requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
