Keystone Community Resources has an opportunity available for a full-time administrative assistant. This position will support Keystone's Human Resources Department and Fiscal Department by providing key support functions noted below: The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in a fiscal and/or human resources department and understand typical language and functions of these departments within an organization.
Job Duties:
Official greeter/welcome to employees, visitors, vendors, and others for the Fiscal-Human Resources Departments
Ensures all employees, visitors, vendors, etc. have an employee ID or official vendor uniform displayed while in the building conducting
business, provide a temporary ID if employee or visitor does not have one with them
Manages and controls traffic of people within the Fiscal and Human Resources Departments by confirming appointments, accepting mail/items being dropped off, pre-calling to person the visitor is there to see, etc.
Responsible for phone calls from callers asking for Fiscal-Human Resources employees and the Corporate phone line when the first phone line is not answered
Updating and/or creating forms
Maintaining various fiscal tracking forms
Facilitating completion of bank signature card documents for group homes' bank accounts
Point person for on-line business-to-business relationships (such as on-line medical supply ordering) requests, questions, working with the
consultant on prices, checking daily for outstanding orders, ensuring the templates are updated, help desk for employees using the on-line ordering
systems
Assist payroll with assigned payroll tasks
Help desk for employees in answering questions, setting users up, and resetting users passwords in current electronic paycheck employee self- service portal
Handling basic recruitment phone calls (ex: how to apply/any open positions/did you receive application)
Scanning DSP/DPP applications
Reference Checks
Printing or Forwarding applications as needed (ex: printing for file/forwarding for review or interview)
Making copies of new hire paperwork or information needed for files
Fingerprint processing for new hires
Preparing invoices for signature
Monthly on-line Medicaid screening
Developing and posting internal job availability list
Edits, composes, formats, updates and proof reads letters, memos and reports for distribution.
Schedule conference rooms for meetings, reserve equipment that might be necessary for scheduled meeting. Order lunch for meeting.
Opening and sorting mail
Assists with department mass mailings
Additional tasks maybe assigned as determined by business needsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
