Job Description/Responsibilities
Maintain Treasury cash forecasts
Serve as a subject matter expert on Company initiatives involving customer billing and payments.
Manage monthly receipt and review of electronic invoices for bank services, identify and correct errors and provide budgeting and cost analysis for existing and future services.
Maintain and modify Microsoft Access and Excel databases and associated programming used in Treasury.
Serve as point of contact for daily bank communications. This involves the tracking, coordination and resolution of bank issues/questions.
Assist with pricing models used in all Treasury RFI's/RFP's.
Serve as primary back-up to the cash manager. Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related area of study. MBA highly desirable.
Five or more years' experience in corporate cash management preferred.
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office products, particularly Access and Excel, PowerPoint, and other related data manipulation.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy and integrity
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments concurrently within tight deadlines
Self-motivated, self-directed skills, with the ability to work closely with others in a team environment Desirable qualities
Innovation and problem solving skills, with the ability to recommend and implement process improvements
Programming experience with Excel and Access macros
Proficiency in financial and customer facing modules of SAP
Ability to interpret and modify Visual Basic programs
Project management and leadership skills
