As a Team Leader, the incumbent will be expected for monitoring and auditing manufacturing processes and standard work. You will respond to team process or tact time failures, filling in for any work stoppages. In this role, the person will hold instruction sessions and discussions related to styles and production schedules. She/he will work closely with manufacturing associates and supervisors to help achieve consistent results. Further, Team Leader will have the responsibility to provide direction, instructions and guidance to a group of individuals. She/he will monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.
