This is the telephone sales position calling current company customers with new prospects and established accounts that have shown their interest in the products we provide. The candidate will act as the sales consultant for the company clients, exert every effort in order to grow the account value through both new orders and repeat purchases. These assignments can be handled by engaging in conversation with the company clients and asking appropriate questions in order to determine the whole scope of their business requirements and needs. The Inside Sales Representative position involves services and sales in a business to business, professional and fast paced environment.
The Inside Sales Representative position
Responsibilities:
- Meet or / and exceed Phone and Sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Take responsibility for inventing new business and growing existing accounts within the inside sales and highly productive environment.
- Work in strict accordance with the Company Policy and Safety rules.
- Develop strong account relationships and quickly close sales.
- Search for new opportunity areas for both existing and business clients.
- Prospect revenue opportunities as well as generate a solid customer contacts pipeline.
- Accomplish the other duties as required by the company.
Requirements
The basic skills and qualifications required for the Inside Sales Representative position:
- Fluency in Spanish language is strongly required.
- One year of more of previous Sales Experience (professional experience in Call Center is a great plus.)
- Ability to build solid relationships with the clients of the company over the telephone.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm and high level of accountability and ownership required to achieve all sales goals.
- A passion for building professional relationships within the company and selling the products.
- Exceptional history of work and trustworthiness.
- Strong willingness to accept responsibility and positive attitude to coaching.
- Accuracy, attention to each detail and alertness.
- Proficiency in Math as well as Basic PC skills strongly required.
- High School Diploma or general education degree desired.
- Stunning organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking assignments in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to professionally keep in touch with the company clients via phone, accurately locate information of the clients in various PC systems, make corrections or / and additions to client accounts as required, and cope with the other duties.
Education
High School Diploma or general education degree desired.
