Select Staffing
is currently seeking 50 CSR with at least 1 year call center experience.
Pay Range - 13.50!!!! Plus, Immediate Benefits, Bonuses & Performance Pay incentives.
Duties include: taking phone calls from customers. Ensuring the order is entered accurately. Follow up with client on their orders
Minimum job requirements:
High School diploma required, college degree a plus
One or more years telephone customer service/call center experience
Excellent communication Skills
A desire to help people
Ability to adapt communication style based on the callers needs
Respond well in a stressful, dynamic work environment
Flexible, uses critical thinking skills and open to learning new ideas/skills
Team player
Positive attitude
