In House Real Estate Paralegal Downtown We are looking for a 3 plus years Real Estate Paralegal to support the real estate group of a legal department in Denver. Those who excel in this role are high performers, results driven, and possess a desire to create and implement best practices and process. The ideal candidate would thrive in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment while working collaboratively within a team. You will provide substantive procedural and legal work in support of the support of Senior Paralegals and Real Estate Counsel for Real Estate. Support would include but not be limited to drafting, reviewing and negotiating lease amendments, SNDAs, ancillary real estate related agreements and preparing initial drafts of new lease agreements. Some of the job duties would include: Draft and prepare real estate related agreements such as leases, lease amendments, SNDAs and Estoppels Work with inside and outside attorneys in support of new lease completion and property administration functions Tracking and reporting on active and completed projects Active participation in the development and implementation of best practices and procedures Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Able to work overtime with little or no notice as needed Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed or required Conduct legal research of state and local laws, regulations, and policies; prepare memoranda summarizing research Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures We are looking for 2 plus years of dealing with a large, multi- jurisdictional real estate portfolios with a law firm or legal department We are looking for either a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies or a Paralegal Certification and or a minimum of an Associate's Degree.
