It is the duty of the Branch Manager to administer the employment process in a branch location, including hiring, training and performance management of staff and authorization of personnel and salary actions. The person will work with business line management to analyze service and staffing levels and to identify repeat customer service. This individual will help in establishing performance standards and sales goals. She/he will guide employee development efforts, coaches, mentors and defines training needs.
