DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsibilities:
-Creates weekly labor, cost and Other Direct Costs (ODCs) Program reports for analysis.
-Ensures that all financial tracking systems reconcile through the completion of the Monthly Checklist.
-Completes the Project Status Report checklist as required by contract.
-Assists in the accurate development of the Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Estimates To Completion (ETC), balance sheet analysis, financial reporting package and invoice generation.
-Participates in contract kick-off meetings, bid planning meetings, team meetings, off-sites, quarterly contract reviews as required.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE RELATED SPECIFICALLY TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE JOB:
-Two years general accounting experience (GAAP & FAR)
-Good communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and manage time well
-Cost point experience desirable
-Good Excel skills
-Must be a U.S. citizen
