Corporate Training Manager
Salary:$32,458 annually
Responsibilities:
Oversee the coordination and implementation of the Industry Specific Training and Placement program grant.
Collaborate with Host Employer on training specific needs and the coordination of skilled-based learning experiences and curriculum development.
Receive industry specific training and consultation from host employer.
Collaborate with the BRS ISTPP Program Director in securing referrals to the program.
Provide initial prescreening work assessment evaluations for potential candidates to the program.
Develop community based employment opportunities within similar work environments as the host employer and that is tailored around the industry specific training that individuals receive.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology or related field.
Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field preferred.
One year experience in supervisory experience.
Two years employment training experience with people with disabilities preferred.
May be required to communicate in another language and understand another culture i.e., Spanish, sign language.
You are required to be in possession of a car on site during your entire shift to transport yourself and/or consumers to community sites in all weather conditions and throughout all neighborhoods.
Work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
Provide physical interventions which may include lifting, mobility, first aid and safety evacuations.
