TET Specialist Thermoforming
Mason, Michigan
In this essential role, you will call upon your extensive technical knowledge and experience in the thermoforming field, as you perform sheet thermoforming, thermoforming control, data acquisition and process monitoring. You will also travel to production facilities, where youll assist in extrusion or thermoforming equipment and process troubleshooting. Youll also conduct process analysis and technique recommendations. To qualify, you should have an Associates degree with 2 years of experience in plastics extrusion or thermoforming, or a high school diploma with 5 years of same. Our client will look for a minimum of 2 to 5 years experience with extrusion or thermoforming machine operations, and 2 to 5 years experience with control systems, such as Extrol, Microphaser and Ballerina. Youll also need 3 or more years of experience with programming control and data acquisition platforms, such as LabView and Allen Bradley. Importantly, you must be detail oriented and possess excellent communications skills. Finally, you must be willing to travel 30% to 50% (Monday through Friday, only) and obtain a passport. A valid drivers license and a good DMV record are also necessary.
