Responsible for construction in progress and fixed assets accounting, compilation of agency billings, assist in preparation of property tax returns, upload data from local general ledger to Corporate reporting system, performance of various balance sheet account reconciliations, monthly projections and month end closing entries.
Monthly Reporting:
o Closing of fixed asset system and interface with general ledger.
o Upload of Oracle Trial Balance to HFM reporting system.
o Prepare reconciliations related to the Cash Operating Accounts, Fixed Assets, Construction in Progress, Intangible Assets and Goodwill.
Other
Responsibilities: o Compile list and obtain documentation in order to obtain expense reimbursement from Agencies. o Prepare schedules required by Corporate Reporting for SEC reporting on a quarterly and annual basis. o Prepare schedules required by Corporate Tax for both the tax return and tax provision. o Run various reports and inquiries. Extensive work with Oracle and HFM. o Track donations on a monthly basis and collect appropriate supporting documentation. o Prepare annual property insurance submission to Corporate Office.
Qualifications: o B.S. in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred o 2 -5 years accounting experience, primarily with month end close and fixed asset accounting. o Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. o Demonstrated attention to detail. o Demonstrated computer skills.
8:00am to 5:00pmEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
