Description/Job Summary
The Salisbury Processing Plant of Perdue Farms located in Salisbury, Maryland is seeking Production General Labor candidates to join our teams of associates. Candidates will be considered for openings on all shifts (day shift or night shift) and openings in any department. If a candidate meets Perdue's minimum requirements for consideration,they may be contacted with what is available at that time.
Responsibilities/Duties
demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
work at various stations along the production line processing chicken food products
adhere to all safety requirements including PPE; preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, lock-out/tag out procedures and process safety management related matters
follow instructions given by your supervisor
Required Qualifications
at least 18 year of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
strong work history; worked for one employer for at least 6 months within the past five years; this experience must be able to be verified.
willing and able to stand for several hours
lifting up to 50 lbs
willing and able to work in wet and extreme cold and hot conditions
willing and able to work around dust, feathers, animals (if applicable), and various cleaning
Preferred Qualifications
excellent work history, worked for one employer for more than 9 months in the past five years
previous manufacturing, production, especially food production experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
