Job Details:
Responsible to the Admissions Manager and/or Scheduling/Pre-Admission Financial Manager for prompt, efficient patient registration and financial counseling of patient payment responsibilities.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School graduate or GED certificate
SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills, willing to engage clients regarding funds that are due prior to
services being rendered.
Customer service focused
Experience in financial counseling preferred.
