Supervising a process engineers team focused on moldings and coatings, equipment spec/design/build/standardization, processing support, new technology development, and material development;
Making recommendations to management;
Ensuring that material, process, and design specifications are established and maintained;
Assisting process engineers in resolving problems, improving materials and process standards, developing new materials and processes, and in providing support to manufacturing plants.

EDUCATION: 4-year engineering degree required; Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, General Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.

6+ years of experience in a process related position including material selection, testing, implementation, and process;
2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory manufacturing process role;
Automotive industry preferred;
Ideal experience is injection molding and/or spray coatings;
Standards knowledge, SAE and/or ASTM;
Analytical, problem solving, leadership and coaching skills;
Technical writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
