Test and image desktops and laptops. Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals. Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention. Provide technical support to end users via telephone on Windows Servers. Back up and burn end user data. Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes. Assist coworkers in resolution of end users technical issues. Assist coworkers in the execution of established processes and escalations.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of hands-on technical experience with Windows Servers Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware 3-5 years of experience with Active Directory Experience with Citrix and VMWare Experience with clustering a plus Strong PC software troubleshooting skills Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals 1 2 years experience in a break-fix environment Strong verbal and written communication skills A certain degree of creativity and latitude required Linux or Unix experience a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
