Description/Job Summary
RHD Brandywine Hills is seeking Full-time and Part-time staff for its residential program in Wilmington, DE.
FULL-TIME ADL Staff schedule is from 3:30pm-11:30pm Monday thru Friday
PART TIME ADL staff for its 24 hour residential programs located in Wilmington and Newark Delaware. ALL SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK OVERNIGHTS. Experience working with adults living with mental illness is required. A degree in a human services field is preferred. Hourly pay rate is 13.24.
_ Job Duties: _
Provide professional, kind, compassionate interaction, support, skill building and assistance to all residents
Use program vehicle to transport residents to medical appointments and community outings.
Be able to communicate with peers and supervisors regarding the needs of the residents. Be willing to work cooperatively and work as a team.
Complete documentation as required
Attend monthly staff meetings and trainings as required
Be willing to participate in supervision and receive feedback on performance.
_Job Requirements/Minimum Qualifications_:
Must have High School Diploma and driver's license. Must have at least 2 years experience in a human services field working SPECIFICALLY with adults with mental illness is required. Individuals with a BA/BS in a human services field are preferred. Experience in strengths based practice and the recovery model is preferred. A degree in a human services field is preferred. Schedule is 3:30-11:30 Monday through Friday for full-time positions. Hourly pay rate is $13.24.
E.O.E.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
