This position will manage production and lead efforts to improve safety and productivity for a company that has more than tripled production.

Experience in management in a manufacturing environment. Strong experience in continuous process improvement with Lean or Six Sigma. Excellent problem solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis. Engineering experience, knowledge or education required. Track record of improving performance metrics for safety, productivity and quality. Will start on 2nd or 3rd shift.
