Analysis and preparation of monthly financial statements
Prepare property cash analyses
Bank Reconciliations
Assist in the AP process
Serve as a resource and assist with preparation of portfolio annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts
Perform analysis and develop financial report and related schedules
Analyze and prepare annual reconciliation and billing calculations for tax escalations
Special Projects as required
BA/BS degree in Accounting is required
2-8 years experience with real estate accounting
Timberline experience preferred
Previous accounting experience in commercial/residential real estate setting or related industry preferred
Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel required
Adaptability to changing demands
Effective problem solving
