Requirement
The Regional Managing Director position requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree
from 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales management.
- Proficient knowledge of sales techniques, security sales.
- Solid planning, leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good financial management and presentation skills.
- Ability to select, hire, coach, lead and supervise a certain group of producers and managers comply with the region goals.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong community relations.
- FINRA Series 7, 24, 51 or 53, 63 and 65 or 66 are a must.
- Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF), Chartered Life Underwriter/Chartered Financial Consultant (CLU/ChFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certificates required.
