Responsibilities include:
Ensure security requirements of customer/Belcan are thoroughly and properly understood, implemented, executed, tracked and reported
Oversight and accountability for properly implementing and tracking visitor processes
Train new employees on security requirement and procedures
Manage badging procedures to ensure proper badging of all visitors and employees
Coordinate with necessary team members, customers and other entities to ensure smooth operation of facilities
Identify, review and correct issues of noncompliance in a timely and thorough manner.
Interface in a constructive and effective manner with managers , employees , and customers
Work occasional alternate hours
Required:
High School education - minimum
Extensive security- focused work experience
Adept with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and integrity
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Military/law enforcement background
Experience managing facility security
RRCA and other Quality tool experience
