ASSESSMENT FACTORS
1. Experience in intelligence collection and intelligence support to various organizations within the Intelligence Community.
2. Experience designing and teaching Masters Degree level core proficiencies related to logic, critical thinking, and argumentation.
3. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the organization's mission, functions, values, applicable policies and procedures, and internal and external factors that may impact the organization
4. Applies depth and breadth of knowledge of the organization to perform well and/or guide others on the full range of complex or varied assignments that impact the reputation of the organization
5. Serves as a resource to others regarding relevant regulations, guidelines, laws, and directives
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Experience in strategic level national intelligence with further experience in the management of intelligence collection activities and organizations.
2. Experience with the spectrum of collection disciplines employed by the Intelligence Community.
3. Experience with intelligence collection capabilities, structures, and processes.
POSITIVE EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
A. Successful completion of a full four-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree that included or was supplemented by major study in education or in a subject-matter field appropriate to the position.
OR
B. Combination of education and experience----courses equivalent to a major in education, or in a subject-matter field appropriate to the position, plus appropriate experience or additional course work that provided knowledge comparable to that normally acquired through the successful completion of the four-year course study described in A above.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
In addition to meeting the basic entry qualification requirements, applicants must have experience that demonstrates possession of the broad range and depth of knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the occupation or specialty at or equivalent to the next lower grade.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
1. Earned Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution in an intelligence related discipline.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
