Summary:
Supervise daily operation of Order Fulfillment, which includes manpower planning, product movement, coaching/training personnel and systems control.
Principal Duties
Responsibilities:
o Promote/ensure a safe working environment for employees
o Supervise Order Fulfillment and temporary employment in the areas of shipping, receiving, auditing, packing, and stocking
o Prioritize daily work and allocate resources to ship daily orders accurately, on time and at the lowest cost possible
o Monitor process outputs from SAP and visual management systems
o Develop team members through training, monitoring, coaching and periodic performance reviews
o Continuously improve order and inventory accuracy
o Collaborate with customer service, sales, transportation, supply chain, quality assurance and quality control, ATS repairs and facilities
o Prepared and analyze department reports on a daily/monthly basis
o Ensure material handling equipment and storage racks are in safe working order
o Approve payroll records
o Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality Manual
o Must embody the Company's Vision, Mission and Values
o Other duties may be assigned
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
o Supervise Order Fulfillment and temporary employment, allocating manpower needs as required and prioritizing daily work objectives in all areas of Order Fulfillment including shipping, receiving, auditing, packing and stocking.

Education/
Experience:
o Bachelors degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education & experience within a Warehouse Distribution environment required
o Three -Five years of distribution supervisory experience required - preferably in a medical/surgical industry.
o Previous experience with computer systems and software required - SAP/Microsoft preferred
Language and mathematical skills; reasoning ability:
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect date, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
