Input data to spreadsheets to produce statistical reports required by management, type letters, memorandums and reports from correspondence.
Acquire printed correspondence letters, reviews for accuracy, attach the proper form, and prepares for mailing and mail room pickup.
Access the PegaSystem for form letters and other correspondence inquiries. Input information into Pega and other policy administration systems as necessary to order policy statements, loan histories, etc.
Input policy administration transactions as necessary, access the Procure supply order system and order items as approved by management.
Answer departmental main telephone line and direct caller as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have some technical skills; including typing, data entry and computer skills.
Insurance experience a plus.
Effective oral and written communication.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Computing Skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry skills required.
Able to work from home.
Have a telephone #.
Have a computer with private internet access.
Basic knowledge of the computer, email, and internet.
Good customer service skills.
Able to speak English fluently.
Ability to work independently and be a self starter.
Ability to be organized.
Desire and drive to succeed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
