Westaff is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our client! This is a full time, M-F, 8am-5pm position located in Burlington, VT. The initial duration is 4-6 weeks. Duties and
Responsibilities: Front desk responsibility, including greeting guests cordially, daily mail, and shipping requests for the marketing team. Sending out company or client newsletters, providing promotional information to prospective clients, and assisting in creating the sales message of the company. Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Job Requirements Previous administrative or office management experience at the management level. Professional appearance and manner Must be a self starter with a cooperative attitude and work well with others. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and be familiar with the Internet. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
