What You'll Be Doing:
Leading/Recruiting/Coaching team members on corrective actions, process changes, and Yoh/client matters
Evaluating and implementing process enhancements for maximum cost efficiency and increased productivity
Addressing the offer process and technical issues as needed
Ensuring integrity of internal process and policies are being followed
Communicating changes to team members through meetings, email, and web tools
Developing processes with Recruiting and Staffing to streamline processes and/or decrease process gaps
Creating and maintaining records regarding team and activity performance
Providing a continuous learning environment as well as career growth and developmental trainings
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
High School diploma or GED. Four-year degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or related field preferred, experience in lieu of education also considered
3-5 years of relevant Human Resources or Leadership experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity and multi-tasking demands
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
Ability to use creative thinking to produce innovative and high quality solutions
Demonstrated experience standardizing and streamlining processes
Ability to build strategic client and peer relationships
Ability to prioritize work assignments for team
