As a Senior Recruiter you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for PeopleScouts' RPO clients. The Senior Recruiter has an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. The primary responsibilities will be to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, solutions and to recruit for high-volume or hard to fill positions for PeopleScouts' RPO clients. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Senior Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
Responsibilities: Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for various Exempt and Non-Exempt roles to exceed the clients needs and expectations Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates Ability to work in a fast paced environment Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. Heavy Client Services responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years recent recruiting experience Must have proven experience supporting a high volume of full cycle requisitions Availability to travel locally up to 25% of the time Preferred experience in the distribution and/or transportation industry Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. Extreme sense of urgency Detailed Oriented Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices Excellent customer service delivery Strong presentation skills verbal and in person Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skill ATS knowledge and experience Military personnel have the innovative, technical excellence and personal drive that helps them thrive in our environment. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
