As a Personal Banker, you will build relationships and follow up with your clients, proposing strategies to optimize their financial situation. This position will allow you to consolidate your expertise in financial advising.
You will report to a Branch Manager.
In your role, you will be expected to:
Achieve sales objectives
Use your customer service skills to build client loyalty, ensure client retention and expand your client portfolio
Act as a resource person for clients by offering them solutions tailored to their needs and complex financial goals
Develop your knowledge of the products and services offered by the Bank and understand their benefits for clients
Apply the Bank's service and operational quality standardsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
